hundredpushups.com

along with some people from work I'll be starting the challenge to do a hundred pushups (no cheating). Since last year I gained 30 pounds. I plan to do the pushup program Mon, Wed, Fri & run 20 minutes a day with my black lab on the off days Tues, Thurs, Sat.
