26 hour banking
Transcript of phone conversation,
customer; "what time does your branch open?"
me; "oh, well this is actually a call center, which branch are you looking for?"
customer; "The one on ________ street."
me; "they're open at 8 am"
customer; "and when do they close?"
me; "6 oclock"
customer; "PM?"
me; "yes"
customer; "ok thanks."
I hung up the phone and said aloud, "yeah the bank will be open for 26 hours today, dumbass."
customer; "what time does your branch open?"

came across this blog accidentally and I have to say it made my day :-) While the "pm" question was silly, the 26 hour thing is just hlarious! Tell me you don't really work for a bank?
I posted the exact words that were said, if you worked in a call center you'd know that the calls are constantly coming in and you only have a few seconds between calls to make snide comments, there was no time for math.
